Meet Loren and Luke Naftz
Loren began working at Rheinlander Bakery in 2011 after graduating with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson and Wales University. The owners at that time- Ed and Maro Dimmer, were the second generation owners of the bakery. Ed purchased it from his parents in 1980 and evolved it into the concept it is today. When the two retired, there couldn't have been better candidates to pass the family business to than Loren and Luke Naftz. With the help of their sons Perrin and Elyas and a talented team of staff, they continue to make cherished Dimmer family recipes and produce their own new creations.
