About us
Meet Loren and Luke Naftz
Loren began working at Rheinlander Bakery in 2011 after graduating with a Baking and Pastry Arts degree from Johnson and Wales University. The owners at that time, Ed and Maro Dimmer, were the second-generation owners of the bakery. Ed purchased the bakery from his parents in 1980 and evolved it into the concept it is today.
When Ed and Maro retired in 2021, there couldn't have been better candidates to pass the family business to than Loren and Luke Naftz. With the help of their sons Perrin and Elyas and a talented team of staff, they continue to make cherished Dimmer family recipes and produce new creations.
