It's sweetened with our very own Angel Sweet, a combination of xylitol, erythritol and stevia (reb-a). This makes our products sugar free with a superb sweetness that won't tax your immune system. In addition, the majority of the cookies and mixes in this line are Gluten Free appropriate for people with Gluten Intolerance, Celiac disease, Autism, Lupus and any autoimmune challenges.
The texture of these gluten free goodies is superb, thanks to the use of Expandex, modified Tapioca Starch. The combination of Expandex and Angel Sweet makes these goodies better than any commercial sugar laden gluten free goodies.
